After a late night of drinking following a White Sox game, I woke up with a massive hangover. Thank God , my kids had plans so I didn’t have to entertain them. After a long day, I did a little research on hangover cures on google. Surprisingly, there was not alot of information. The highest recommended cures were
- Sleep …. not everyone has the luxury
- Water… Dehydration is the source of the cramps and headaches
- Vitamin C… Juice from a smoothie is a good start
- Gatorade… I like the traditional flavor
- Hot Shower…I take two sometimes
- Exercise… Sweat out the toxins
- No Caffeine… It will make you more dehydrated
- Fresh Fruit… It replenishes the body
- Greasy Food… I usually do this before I sleep
- Start drinking again…

the only cure is your bottom one. Just start drinking again!
